Next Level Strategic Partners LLC (“Next Level,” “we,” “us”) operates nextlevelpartners.co. This policy describes what information this site collects and how we handle it. The short version: the only information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact form, and we use it only to respond to you.

What we collect

If you contact us through the form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company, stage, details about your raise, and anything you write about what you are solving for. We collect nothing else. This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and it does not collect information about your browsing.

Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes form submissions on our behalf and, like most hosting services, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations. Netlify’s handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry and, if the conversation continues, to work with you. That is the only use. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for their marketing, or add you to any mailing list you did not ask to join.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence as long as it is useful for working with you or as required for our business records. If you would like what you sent us deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This site links to outside services such as LinkedIn, Substack, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Do Not Track

Because this site does not track visitors, it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
